The image, inspired by the two oil paintings "KINGFISHER & NIGHTFIRE" AND "BANKSIA FIRE", the result blending the tension of bush fire with a plant that cannot seed without fire, and the flight of the kingfisher in it's typical waterlily swamp and Melaleuca habitat. |
